Today we are going to prepare a delicious roasted salmon with tahini sauce. At home, we have roasted half salmon, which we have asked in the butcher shop to open it in half by removing the loins and leaving the skin. The latter is important so that it does not dry when cooking.
As always, the key to making a good fish is getting it right with the cooking minutes. To make this baked salmon we will program our oven at 180º, heat up and down, and we will cook it exactly 15 minutes. Then we will take it out of the oven and let it rest 2 minutes before cutting it. With this time, it will be enough for it to be at its exact point, full of flavor, juicy and with a texture of the most mellow … pay attention to me, there is nothing worse than a fish too cooked … because it dries and is hard and is nothing nice.
The salmon is already delicious, but I recommend that you season it well with salt, pepper and garlic powder before cooking. It will be much tastier.
And finally, we will accompany it with our tahini-based sauce … an incredible combination of flavors for salmon. You will see it!
